1. NC-P0265 is PP-based with superior quality of calcium carbonate and nano-calcium carbonate powder. Being produced by extruder, the appearance of masterbatch is off-white and with good dispersibility.
2. It can be blended with PP system colloidal particle directly in extrusion, vacuum forming and other processing processes. It is easy to be disperse, with good compatibility and modification. Such as improving the heat resistance, gloss, rigidity, dimensional stability. That could also shorten the molding cycle and to improve printability. Besides, it could lower the heat of burning and secondary pollution.
